Terms of Service

1. The services

Steward Systems, a Lead Local company ("we"), plans, sets up and supports a team of AI helpers ("bots") for your organization ("you"). Services may include discovery, setup and connection of tools, approval rules, training for your people, monthly tuning and support, and the AI Team Starter Guide.

The AI Team Starter Guide is a digital download for the buyer's own use. Your personal bot and helpers are set up around tasks you choose and rules you approve.

2. Fees and billing

Current fees are listed on our pricing page and on your plan page. Setup is a one time fee. The monthly plan is billed each month in advance until cancelled. Taxes, if any, are extra.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel the monthly plan anytime, effective at the end of the current period. Setup fees are refundable before work starts. Guide refunds are available within 14 days if the guide has not been downloaded, or on request at our discretion. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

4. No guarantees

Time saved, cost saved and other results are a goal, not a promise. Results vary and we do not guarantee any specific outcome.

5. Not professional advice

Nothing we or the bots provide is legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional for those matters.

6. AI output may be wrong

AI can make mistakes, leave things out or sound confident when it is wrong. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any output before it is sent, published, paid or otherwise used. See our AI Disclaimer.

7. Third party AI tools

The bots run on third party AI and software services. Those services have their own terms, privacy policies and fees, which you agree to when you use them. Their subscription fees are billed by those providers and are separate from our fees. We are not responsible for third party services.

8. Your responsibilities

You agree to give accurate information, keep your logins secure, have the right to share any data you connect, follow applicable laws, choose who approves actions, and review output before use.

9. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your data and content. We keep ownership of our methods, templates, guide and know how. Your guide purchase grants you a license to keep and use the download for your own business, not to resell or share it. You may use the other materials we deliver for your own organization while you are a client.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Steward Systems and its owners from claims, losses and costs arising from your use of the services, your content or data, output you approve, or your breach of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts of the State of Washington.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
