The $17 guide
The AI Team Starter Guide is a digital download. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the guide has not been downloaded. After download, or outside that period, you may request a refund and we may approve it at our discretion. Any rights required by law still apply.
Monthly plan
Cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current period. You keep service until that period ends and will not be billed for the next period. We do not prorate partial periods unless required by law.
Setup fee
Plan setup fees are refundable before work starts. Once work starts, you may ask us to review a refund request at our discretion, subject to any rights required by law.
How to request a refund or cancel
Email matth@northwestministry.com or use our support form. Include the email used for your purchase and tell us what you are requesting. Do not send card details.
Results and any time or cost saved are a goal, not a promise. The 14 day check in is a review of your setup.
